Old Pueblo Vapor takes pride in both the products we sell and our customer-driven service. We will work to the best of our ability to address your concerns and find an appropriate resolution. This will not always result in a replacement and/or a full refund.

WARRANTY RETURNS

30-Day Manufacturer Warranty Policy for DEVICES

  • Covers manufacturing issues ONLY
  • Devices must be in like-new condition except for whatever defect is being covered
  • Must include the packing slip and original packaging
  • The sales associate assisting you will ask a series of questions to thoroughly troubleshoot the problem. You may be asked to provide pictures, videos, or other documentation to assist with diagnostics and to better expedite a resolution.
  • Old Pueblo Vapor will provide a prepaid return label for warrantied items.
  • Returns should be posted within 7 days of the Return Authorization being issued.
  • Once the warrantied item is received and reviewed to confirm the defect, a replacement will be shipped to you.
  • Upon review, if the item does not meet the above criteria or no defect is found, you could be responsible for return postage.
  • If the exact item is unavailable, the closest color available will be shipped. If the item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued. 

 Items NOT commonly covered by warranty via the manufacture or Old Pueblo Vapor include but not limited to the following:

  • E-liquid: taste is subjective to the user, device, coil, temperature, and steeping methodology
  • Tanks and Coils
  • Replacement glass and Drip tips
  • Rebuildable products
  • Components included with a product
  • Batteries

 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

  • We gladly accept UNOPENED, unused, and undamaged items for an exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase.
  • For safety purposes, some items are ineligible, including but not limited to, e-liquid, drip tips, and batteries.
  • For an opened, defective items please see Warranty Returns above.
  • To initiate the exchange/return process please fill out a Customer Contact Form here (enter link) or call 520-881-0169.
  • Please do not send any items back before you receive a Return Authorization.
  • Returns should be posted within 7 days of the Return Authorization being issued.
  • Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once the item is received, the new item will be shipped, or store credit issued.
  • If the item arrives opened, used, or damaged, no exchange/return will be honored. The unreturnable item will be shipped back at the expense of the customer.

 

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

  • If a wrong item is received, please fill out a Customer Contact Form here or call 520-881-1069 within 7 days.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and undamaged.
  • After review, a prepaid return label for USPS will be provided. Item must be posted within 7 days.
  • Once an item is received and processed, the correct item will be shipped.
  • If the item is out of stock a store credit will be issued.
  • If and when an E-liquid return is authorized, it may be disposed of instead of shipping back.
